Jed Kaessner
Jed grew up in Northern Colorado and has been working on houses almost his entire life. His grandpa was a contractor and put Jed to work early remodeling and repairing houses.
Jed is our primary inspector and in 2021 became a Certified Master Inspector, the inspection industry’s top professional designation. Jed also has his Colorado radon license.
He and his wife, Grace, live in Fort Collins with their three children.
Josh Goertzen
Josh is a Northern Colorado native who spent a few years in Slovenia as a kid. Josh joined the inspection team in April of 2023 and brings his attention to detail and critical thinking to each inspection. Josh is a Certified Professional Inspector and has his Colorado radon license.
Josh and his wife, Jenai, currently live in Fort Collins with their two boys.
