Jed Kaessner

Jed grew up in Northern Colorado and has been working on houses almost his entire life. His grandpa was a contractor and put Jed to work early remodeling and repairing houses. 

Jed is our primary inspector and in 2021 became a Certified Master Inspector, the inspection industry’s top professional designation. Jed also has his Colorado radon license.

He and his wife, Grace, live in Fort Collins with their three children.

Josh Goertzen

Josh is a Northern Colorado native who spent a few years in Slovenia as a kid. Josh joined the inspection team in April of 2023 and brings his attention to detail and critical thinking to each inspection. Josh is a Certified Professional Inspector and has his Colorado radon license.

Josh and his wife, Jenai, currently live in Fort Collins with their two boys.

Lindsay Wormser

Lindsay was raised in the Midwest, has lived on the West coast and moved to Colorado five years ago. She loves organizing, connecting with people, creating beautiful flower bouquets from her garden, and as one who values the meaning of home on so many different levels, she is super excited to be part of the Front Porch Inspections team. She joined the operations division in May of 2021.

Lindsay and her husband Kyle live in Fort Collins, along with their two kiddos.
