						Jed was able to accommodate us on very short notice, and completed an inspection of an investment property professionally, completely, and non-disruptively to the current tenant. Furthermore, since we are geographically displaced from this property, the reports were sent to us almost immediately after the inspection. In addition to a standard house inspection, we required a radon test as well as a sewer scope. A detailed home inspection is the best insurance when purchasing real estate. Highly recommend using Front Porch Inspections.

						Front Porch Inspections (Jed and Josh) recently inspected a property we are looking at purchasing. They were great to work with; very friendly and kept great open dialog going into and during the inspection. The documentation in their report was very thorough and the communication through their portal was a breeze. The sellers had listed that the roof was replaced in 2021 however during the inspection it was noted that the roof was 5-10 years old; turns out that the seller had the dates incorrect and the roof was actually replaced in 2018 making the roof 5-6 years old, not 3 years as we had understood. Not a deal breaker but worth noting that Jed and Josh's reports reflected accurately. Hands down would use their services again in the future and highly recommend them for their professionalism, accuracy, and ease of process.

						I found the owner-operators to be professional, knowledgeable, and very clean. They were friendly and easy to talk to, happy to answer questions, and didn't talk down to me (as a woman who works in real estate, huge props for this!). They really took their time and I felt their assessment was thorough, but they had all of the reports to me within hours of completing the inspection. It gave me the information and confidence I needed for the next phase of negotiations. Front Porch is also a bit less expensive than the other companies I looked at, so I was very satisfied with the service I received.
